    Named after the internet error code "403 Forbidden", 4-0-3 (Four-Oh-Three) is a hidden bar nestled behind JW Bar that offers a unique experience created through collaborations with spirit brands and wineries.

    The walls are boldly adorned with art inspired by the national treasure "Bird-and-Beast-Painting", known as Japan's oldest manga, creating an atmosphere that evokes a sense of adult playfulness not present in the original work.
